Support centre
Start with the troubleshooting below, because it resolves most issues in under five minutes. If it does not, our team is available seven days a week and will move your line, switch a channel source or walk you through a setup on a call.
The six checks that fix most problems
Work through these in order before contacting us. They resolve the majority of what our desk sees, and doing them first means that if you do write in, we can skip straight to the real cause.
Speed test on the streaming device itself
Not on your phone next to the router
5 GHz Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet
2.4 GHz is congested in most buildings
Router and device rebooted
Clears leaked memory and stale DHCP leases
Player buffer set to 3 to 5 seconds
Defaults are too aggressive
Stream quality matched to real speed
4K needs a sustained 25 Mbps
Only one device streaming per connection
Check nothing is left playing elsewhere
The eight problems we actually see
These are ordered by how often they come up. Each answer is the full diagnosis rather than a link to another page.
Guides for every supported device
Each guide includes numbered installation steps, the settings worth changing, and a troubleshooting section specific to that platform.
Message the team directly
Tell us the device, the channels affected, the times of day it happens and what you have already tried. That gets you a real answer on the first reply instead of a checklist you have already done.
