Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One can run IPTVhub through browser-based or store players. PlayStation is more restricted but works through its web browser. If a console is already connected to your main TV, this saves buying anything at all.

Setting up Consoles step by step
You will need your IPTVhub username, password and server URL from your activation email. If you have not ordered yet, the 24-hour free trial gives you the same credentials at no cost.

Xbox: install MyIPTV Player
Open the Microsoft Store on your Xbox, search MyIPTV Player, and install it. It is free.

Xbox: add your playlist
Open the app, go to Settings → Add Playlist, choose Remote Playlist, and paste the M3U URL from your activation email. Add the EPG URL in the same screen.

PlayStation: open the web browser
On PS5, open the browser from a linked URL or use the Media tab. Navigate to our web player address from your activation email and log in.

Log in to the web player
Enter your IPTVhub username and password. The web player streams HLS directly in the console browser.

Set video output
Under console display settings, make sure output is set to match your TV's native resolution to avoid unnecessary rescaling.

Tips specific to Consoles
These come from our support desk rather than a manufacturer datasheet. They are the adjustments that make a measurable difference in daily use.
Xbox is by far the better console for IPTV. The native app experience beats PlayStation's browser.
Consoles run hot and loud during long streaming sessions. A cheap streaming stick uses a fraction of the power.
Use a wired connection; consoles often prioritise game traffic over media on Wi-Fi.
Quick Resume on Xbox lets you jump back into your last channel instantly.
If something goes wrong
Troubleshooting Consoles
The three issues our support desk sees most often on this platform, and the fix for each.
The playlist URL needs to be entered as Remote Playlist, not Local File. Re-add it under the correct type.
The PS5 browser is limited. Use the FHD web player URL rather than the 4K one, and disable any browser ad-blocking extensions.
Increase or disable the auto-sleep timer under power settings. Consoles do not count video playback as activity.
